Office Hours and Location
City Hall is located at 319 East Dallas Street, just a block east of the city square.  Office hours are held Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Services Available at City Hall
Citizens can come to City Hall to pay their utility bills, which include electric, water and sewer usages. New residents must contact the City Collector for service connections.

The Municipal Court Clerk is located at City Hall.  Municipal Court questions may be directed to the Court Clerk. 

The City Codes are now available! 

Driver License Tests are given at City Hall the first and third Wednesday of each month.

Other services include burn permits, building permits, golf membership sign-ups, maps and general questions. (Note: click on building permits and golf membership for more information on the fees required.)

City Offices
City Hall houses the administrative office of the City, including the Mayor, City Administrator, City Clerk and City Collector.  It also houses the offices of the Building and Code Enforcement Department, Economic Development and the Public Works Director.  The Police Department, including the Chief of Police's office, is located at the south end of the building.
