Designation of Ward Four

Ward Number Four
Ward Number Four shall be composed of all that portion of the corporate limits of the City of Mount Vernon, Missouri, not included in the aforesaid limits of Ward Number One, Ward Number Two and Ward Number Three. (Ord. No. 1.112 зз2-6, 10-13-81)

Ward Four Representative

John Hull, Ward 4, Mt. Vernon, Missouri Biography: John Hull moved to the Mt. Vernon area approximately 14 years ago with his wife, Lynda, and their four children.

Mr. Hull graduated from high school in Arizona, and moved to Missouri to attend Southwest Missouri State University. He completed the graphic design program.

He presently works in Springfield for a sign company doing design and computer work.

Mr. Hull was elected to the Board of Aldermen in April 2004. He states "I look forward to serving as Alderman for Ward 4 and hope the job I do will reflect well on myself and also on the City of Mt. Vernon."
